You need a cover sheet or front matter. The cover sheet/front matter and list of references do NOT count toward the page count. 1. Explain the project background 2. Explain the project objective 3. In Innoslate, input the top 5 system requirements that drive the project? In the rationale for the requirement explain why this is an important system requirement. Create a requirement report document from Innoslate to include in your submission. 4. Explain the scope of the project. Include project assumptions and constraints. 5. Who are the stakeholders and what are their needs? How will you manage them? 6. In Innoslate using an action or activity diagram hierachy, develop a draft WBS for the Segway project. In your description of the WBS, explain: • What are the key deliverables? • What is the scope • What are the technical and program requirements? • Provide some more fidelity in the actual work of modifying the Segways ie detailed design tasks for the components that require modification; production or manufacture or modification and integration tasks that translate the detail designs into a product.
