American Political Science below are the instructions for the paper. 

Explain the use of presidential veto powers and why the framers thought it was important. In doing so, please discuss one example where and why the president used his veto power. 

As you'll do some research on this, I would like you to cite at least two sources (books or articles, not Wikipedia). Please make your citation/referencing in APA style.
