A)Company has o spend money to train lower level workers because old workers has knowledge to work as per the company's policies. They already get training earlier related to the working. However, to hire new employee cost less than providing training to old employees but it is not beneficial for the company. Company must give full training to new workers which takes more time and cost.

B)Behind the success of 'Marriott' the role of its human resource is very high because they hire the talented and hard working employees. Human resource department is not only responsible for hiring but also for the retention of its employees so that old employees can work for longer period.
