You have been asked by one of the local law firms to come into their organization and establish a wellness program to promote health for its employees.  The firm has a team of 20 lawyers, 3 managers, 45 paralegals, 5 administrative assistants, 2 information technologists, and 4 part time housekeeping and maintenance staff. Last year, the partners agreed to install a fully equipped gym in their building because they would receive a discount on the cost of health insurance, if 85% of the employees were participating in the gym at least an average of 90 minutes a week. When it was time to renew the health care benefits package, the organization did not qualify for the discount because less than 10% of the employees were participating in the gym. 

For this case, provide a solution to engage more of this law firms employees in health promotion activities through the gym.
