I used to have a set schedule and routine throughout my week. I used to be a lot busier than I am now, In high school I did three sports, worked, maintained good grades and still fit in time for family and friends. Last year I played college volleyball, worked, got good grades, and hung with friends, but I actually didn't get to see my family as much. Now I spend majority of my time at work, and with my family. Since I quit volleyball I have a lot more free time and find myself to spending more of it on tiktok and being lazy.
