Describe the NPD process?How to implement NPD process for GFP?plz add the refences.The GFP system is quite simple and yet outstanding. The systems work as the customer enters the shops by checking in through an application at scanning points at the shop front. No carts are needed; customers fill their virtual carts by scanning the required products off the shelves. The concept is that customers' smartphones become smart virtual carts, which will establish a faster shopping process. Moreover, scanning products will give more information if required by the customer based on their preferences adjusted through the GFP application (Willems, k, 2017). Our target customers are retailers in Oman.
