Has the EU damaged Google's monopoly?

The European Commission (EU) has only a little hit on Google. Furthermore, most of the fines on Google have not been paid up to date. Google is among the brightest, most enormous and undoubtedly monopolies in the world. Most of its competitors have only two per cent of the overall Google market. Also, Google dominates about 60 per cent of the world's advertising revenues. In general, Google has reliable monopoly power, considering how big its user data is. EU has fined Google severally over what they call "Abusive practice" in online adverts which contradicts its antitrust rules. Google abused EU's antitrust laws by preventing its competitors from working with its collaborator companies. This happened by use of brokered ads empowered by AdSense for search, which circulated all over search boxes websites. But in consideration, some people have considered EU fines as a big hit to Google, but as a matter of fact, it is just a tip of an ice bag.
