Small businesses fail due to various reasons. First, is the inability to understand the customer's buying habits and what they want in a business environment. Secondly is the personal use of funds where the investors use business money for personal reasons. Thirdly is the poor credit management characterized by lousy debt which significantly affects the small revenue earned from operations. Fourth is the insufficient capital to start an able business with quality services in the market. The fifth is the use of unsuccessful marketing techniques in the market. And lastly, is the inadequate management characterized by individuals who cannot make critical decisions on problems affecting the business.
