 Case Study Analysis Requirements

Prepare a 3-5 page paper (APA format, double spaced, not including cover page) analyzing the crash of Flight 965. You will evaluate the performance of the crew (and other teammates such as ATC) with respect to all of the principles of CRM that you have learned in this course. What CRM failures can you identify, and how should the crew have prevented them? Also, include a discussion of the principles of 6th Generation CRM/Threat and Error Management. Do not just summarize the events; include a critical analysis! (Links to an external site.)

Tip: For ideas on analyzing case studies in this course with respect to TEM, refer to the Threat & Error Management

presentation (public domain from the U.S. Navy (Links to an external site.)) or the Threat and Error Management (TEM) and Line Operations Safety Assessment (LOSA) Training (PDF)/FAA

Save your assignment using a naming convention that includes your first and last name and the activity number (or description). Do not add punctuation or special characters.

Your paper will automatically be evaluated through Turnitin when you submit your assignment in this activity.
