Do we always need to empower teams? Why?

Yes, a manager/ leader must always empower their respective teams in order to increase and motivate employees of the organization. Teams are a crucial aspect of a business organization. All the activities in a business organization are done in teams. So when teams are empowered and motivated, the productivity of the business organization increases, and it maintains peace in the organization environment.

Ways in which a leader can empower teams:

• Offer financial rewards after the completion of the team project.
• Offer non-financial rewards after the completion of the team project.
• Conduct formal or informal get-together with the members of the team

Hence, we can say that it is very important for a leader to manage and empower his team so that they can work hard and prove themselves as an asset to the business organization.
