Questions:

As a suggestion I would believe that natural materials trading on world markets either spot or futures or both such as metal ore, gold, corn, cotton etc.  Where barriers of trade are not that obvious,.

 

4) Class, one of the other assumptions tied to the MPT model is that our portfolio is well diversified and that we are only concerned with systematic (market) risk. Do you think real estate complicates this assumption?

 

5) Class, while you may be more familiar with residential it is good for us to know the strengths of the commercial sector. When identifying theadvantages in this sector make sure to go beyond the two basics of what a triple net lease has to offer and the common lengths of the commercial lease.
