This lecture just went over a lot of complex content and, once again, I want you to just take some time to reflect.  Now that you have learned about the links between racial caste systems and immigration policy, use this space to discuss any thoughts or questions you have about the content.

Your Answer:

I did link the last part of the lecture to what my Asian people have to do suffer when they got to America. Since the immigration law is way extremely strict to our countries, people in this country start to think that we mostly illegal and they treat us really bad in hiring.  they take advantages that our mother tongue is not English and pay a minium wage for a really hard job. We people have to work to exhaust to earn really low wages and receive the unappreciated attitude. The employer exploits them and when they complain they will said :" fine, you can quit, I got a long list of people like you waiting to get this job". And then the people here they said we came to rob their jobs, but do they ever actually want to be a dishwasher? a janitor? Did we actually rob their jobs and deserved to be treated like this?
