Evaluators’ skills in developing logic models and program theory can help in program planning. We predict that more communication will occur across these fields, with professionals sharing approaches and methods. As noted previously, the work they do may not be called evaluation, but evaluation professionals will be bringing their evaluative skills to the tasks.
