With the location you selected last week you are to create a virtual field trip to your location. See instruction below detailing the requirements for this writing assignment.

You will have many different sources for citation (at least 5); make sure you keep track of them. You are not allowed to use Wikipedia for this assignment. You are more than welcome to use your text book as a resource. 
Paper Format: A solid complete paper will be from 8-10 pages (size 12 fonts, double spaced, with page numbers). A good paper will have maps and or pictures to help illustrate the key topics that are properly cited. 
The VFT paper will require the following: 
• a general overview of the area (i.e., where it is; at least 2 paragraphs); I would highly recommend including a detailed map of your location. Make sure that all maps and figures have captions. • a brief introduction to the type weather of the area (i.e., where it is; at least 2 paragraphs); • a brief introduction to the climate of the area (at least 2 paragraphs); • a brief introduction to the vegetation of the area (at least 2 paragraphs); • a brief introduction to the geology of the area (at least 2 paragraphs); • and a brief introduction to the major landforms of the area (1to 2 paragraphs). 
Also, you will want to end your paper with a summary of your location. Remember this is your opportunity to show us that you understand major concepts that were addressed throughout this semester. The very last section with be a list of all your references.
