1) Be extremely specific regarding all proposed activities. Do not leave anything open to question. Provide a time-line for completing the research activities, and indicate who will work on each activity.

2) State a hypothesis, first in scientific or research form, and then in null or statistical form. Also state the research question that these hypotheses would answer or problem statement that the hypotheses would address.
