The only risk I can think of is the businesses will not show up to the fair and the military community will be disappointed. When we have job fairs on a base, we do not need any money and 3000.00 is just an imaginary amount I'm using.****

I need to consider my strategy for effective risk and resource management to keep project costs within budget which is 3000.00
