In the business unit level, strategy is basically concerned with how a business competes successfully within its selected market. The choices of products, meeting it customer's needs, and creating new endeavors are all strategies of the business unit. At the business level, this is usually the foot soldiers that do the dirty work for the corporation. Corporations classify their business strategy by differentiation, focus, and integration strategies. By adopting and staying the course of the mission and vision statements, organizations can better serve and identify their customer groups and provide value for their satisfaction.
