client (Sits down unsmiling, looking past the worker): I am just furious I’m tired of trying to get into group on the phone. I talk to someone who says there is an opening for me. That’s happened three times now. Every time I come in for group the leader says the group is full. A misunderstanding they tell me. Well, what I want to know is how many of these little misunderstandings do you people have a day? Do you think the rest of us aren’t busy? If I ran my life the way you run this agency I would be all screwed up. I want a place in group. I want it now. I don’t want to hear excuses or come in next week or call me tomorrow.
