This report covers the website development for the week of July 15 , 2020 for Proctor and Gamble . This project began July 1 , 2020 and is scheduled to be complete by August 31 , 2020. Our team is comprised of Nancy , our graphic designer , Tom , the content developer , and Hans , the web developer . This report includes work we have completed , what we are currently working on , and the work we still have to complete to meet the August 31 deadline . Since our initial meeting , we have chosen and procured the domain name . We have also selected a user - friendly template so that your team can take over administration easily once the site has been developed . The organization's " our page has been updated with your mission , vision and values . Here are the projects we are working on this week . The graphic designer is working on three logos for your approval this week . These should be completed and submitted by Friday . Once you have made a decision on the new logos and colours , the website will be branded with these colours and will guide future web design choices . The content developer recently received content for the pages " our brands " and " our company " and is working with several of your team members to procure content for " our impact " and " careers " . The first two pages should be complete by Friday . We still have the largest part of the website development ahead of us . Next week , photographers are scheduled to get images for the website , including the executive team and office photos . In addition , we still have to obtain and build in content for pages including : " our impact " and " careers " . Over the next few weeks , we will also build the online store ; this will be the last page we develop and is the most time - intensive . To date , we are on time and on budget . Your team has been forthcoming with all content to make this work , and it has been a pleasure to help you on this project .
