Using Munshi’s article “Learning Leadership: Lessons from Mahatma Gandhi” and other assigned readings, analyze the leadership style of Gandhi, making specific reference to transformational, servant, charismatic, and authentic leadership theories. Apply each of these theories to what you know about Gandhi, using outside research and references where necessary. After an introductory paragraph, write one paragraph on each of the four leadership theories regarding how it can be applied or not applied to Gandhi. In your fifth and concluding paragraph, tell which theory best describes Gandhi’s leadership style, and explain why. [MO 2.1]
