The exploitation of workers can be a barrier for the worker to engage the intercultural praxis. While they are under the pressure and exploitation of the ruling class, it is a low chance for them to achieve a good quality of life. Their life is filled with the ideas to strive for a better life. There is no space for them to think about the other cultural especially the cultural of the ruling class. In the other hand, the higher class wouldn't care about what the lower class is having like cultural. This create a barrier for meaningfully engage intercultural praxis.
