Guidance for Part I of Paper  Review the grading rubric for the paper. Note how much weight each section is given. That will help you determine how to allocate pages. 
Abstract: (10 points) Pertains to Part I of the Paper See Purdue Owl for formatting and for what to include. https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/  Epidemiology (this section is weighty - 35 points total) -Overview of the problem/public health issue (10 points). In this section, you are introducing the topic, providing context. Discuss the background and significance of the problem. E.g., why is this a public health concern...? Summarize the main points/most important points you want to make. Epidemiology and demographic data: (25 points) “What, Why, When, How, Where, and Who” In this section, you review, report, and analyze the data (morbidity, mortality, demographic risk factor and health disparities data at the local, state and national levels). Report data according to race, ethnicity, gender and SES. The data illustrate the magnitude and extent of the problem. You can even display the data in a table, but you will need to analyze the data in the narrative. 
Social justice rationale (platform): (10 points) The module is the best place to look for guidance on this. Principles of equity, fairness, equality... E.g., does your envisioned program seek to redress unfair, unjust, and avoidable health disparities...?

Your paper should reflect an integration of the material covered in the modules and assigned readings. It is your chance to pull it all together.
