CLO 1. Apply clinical reasoning skills and models of evidence-based care to work
collaboratively with individuals with chronic conditions across the lifespan;
CLO 2. Apply theoretical concepts in simulated practice to assess, plan and
therapeutically intervene and evaluate care for people with various chronic
conditions;
GA 1. Well informed individuals with discipline-specific and industry knowledge
relevant to their profession or area of study;
