For the 2013 H2 econs A level paper question " Discuss whether rational decision making from firms, consumers and government always leads to efficient allocation of resources" i am still unclear why MSB and MSC must be brought in. Can't a lack of proper advertisement by the firm lead to bad decision making from the consumer which leads to inefficiency
