Currently this script plots one simulation for prevalence with one value of omega (zeta/xi) (effective link breaking rate) per run. I want the graph that plots the prevalence to plot 10 different lines where each line is a different value of omega. Xi always stays 1, and zeta will be 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 and 1. I will be running this multiple times to get the graphs for different values of effective infection rate (beta/delta) (delta =1) (where I increase beta by 0.1 each time i run it and collect the results). So please test the integration tolerances so I can run the tests without errors with different values of beta. If it is possible, I want to collect the stable infection fractions (where the line goes still on the graph for each plot), but i can do this manually if need be. Thanks
