(ORIF) of her right hip.patient is still very confused and is trying to get out of bed. She has bilateral scattered crackles in the lungs, labored breathing, shortness of breath on exertion, R32, P 108, pulse oximetry 92% and a productive cough, whitish sputum. Skin cool, pallor noted
