Your PowerPoint presentation must be at least 10 slides, include a detailed summary of two different methods of quality measurement used by a healthcare organization and how the methods may be used to improve organizational effectiveness. Choose one method to review and improve upon a process within your organization. You should include slides documenting the current process flow and the final process flow after you have evaluated and updated the process using your chosen method.
