Based on the article you select, you will then analyze the role that listening, respect, and empathy play in having an influential health care organization. Note any similarities or differences between leadership-level or staff-level employee techniques. Be sure to identify the article’s premise and any significant points, and state any solutions for promoting teamwork.

The article you chose must meet the following requirements:
