Discuss the concept of "supply chains" as it relates to critical infrastructure from an international perspective. Provide a general overview of what you think is meant by "supply chains" as it relates to critical infrastructure. What are at least three (3) challenges - either benefits and/or disadvantages - associated with critical infrastructure-related supply chains from an international perspective as related to critical infrastructure.
