Hang gliders are able to fly because of two principles. The first is Bernoulli's principle, which states that air flowing over the top of the wing moves faster than air below the wing. This difference in speed creates lift in the wing. The second principle states that air being forced down by the wing creates an equal, but opposite force lifting up on the wing. What is the name of this second principle?
