All Students will upload their MLA Outline with the Rogerian Thesis at the top of the paper.  Please review my MLA paper  Power Point or the Example of an MLA Outline as noted in earlier modules.  This example has a cover page, an outline, a rough draft ( which is written quasi APA style due to the chunks of divisions in the rough draft)  Do NOT copy this model, but move on to read the final MLA paper, where you will see a thesis driven paper and NO divisions within the paper, which is not an MLA style, but it is an APA style.

Despite food labelling considered an effective way of improving the health of consumers, it has been questioned on its effectiveness considering the less consideration of the labels that the consumers manifest when making choices on the foods to select. The essay following details both the positives and negatives of the food labelling policies and practices for packaged foods and canned goods. Paragraph One: The past and the need for the food labelling laws affirms the growing concerns on healthy feeding for humans. This paragraph will evaluate the past and the need for food labelling.
