Based on this module's readings, video lecture and recent published articles:

Compare the trajectories and tendencies in Management reform between the UK, USA and your country. 

Please consider the following topics (Be brief and concise) :

1.  Trajectories in Financial Management (Budget)

2 . Trajectories in Personnel Management (Recruitment and remuneration of employment)

3. Organization: Specialization, Coordination, Scale, (De)centralization

4. Performance Measurement Systems ( Content, Use)

5. Process of implementation of the reform (Top down vs Bottom up)

6. Transparency 

Write and essay about it with at least 500 words for the whole assignment. 

·       Assignments should be an effort from the student to demonstrate that he/she has gone through the course lectures and readings.

·       Extra research from the student is expected to complement the lecture and readings required for the module.
