For this assignment, you will identify a local drug treatment and/or prevention program in your community, such as a treatment facility, specific prevention program in a school system, or after-school program aimed at at-risk children. You will then evaluate the program in terms of:

1. the primary function of the program;
2. the clients served;
3. specific aspects of the program (staffing, funding, budgets, specific processes used, etc.);
4. a theoretical basis for the program; and
5. the effectiveness of the program.

The paper will be a minimum of 4 pages of written text (the cover page and reference page do not count in the page minimum).
