Never has technology been an integral component of a student's and teacher's workday.  Despite the integration of technology to support high-support students, engage students and streamline teachers' workload, there are two different schools of thought on the use of technology in schools.  

Develop a hypothesis of your choice concerning the use of technology in education and find one journal article that will support it and one article that counters your hypothesis.
