Using the document attached, I want someone to make a persuasive speech about Racial Discrimination.

Everything is pretty much in the document, all I need is for someone to make a really interesting persuasive speech which is around 8-10 minutes with a powerpoint that shows some statics and other materials we're talking about. you can either record voice or write it down in a word document. I prefer recorded voice, and a seperate powerpoint
