Take the EI assessment and review your appraisal.  In the text submission box, reflect on your highest and lowest skill score and analyze why or why not you agree with it.  Provide examples to support your reasoning.  Next, choose an evidence-based article on emotional intelligence and nursing, healthcare, leadership, or any combination of the three. Using the article, provide additional narrative insight into the importance of EI in nursing.  The narrative reflection should be approximately 350 words.  Provide a one-drive link to the article in the  reference page.
