In Discussion Forum 4, post your response to the following discussion question. Reply to at least two classmates’ responses by the date indicated in the Course Calendar.

Begin by taking the self-assessment quizzes on transformational (Chapter 8), authentic (Chapter 9), and servant (Chapter 10) leadership in the Northouse textbook. (Note that when taking the servant leadership quiz, you also have to give the questionnaire to two people who know you in a leadership capacity and consider their answers in your analysis.) Then write a separate paragraph discussing your results on each of the three leadership styles. What did you learn from each quiz? In your concluding paragraph, tell which theory seems to be most valuable in describing your leadership style and why. What areas of self-improvement has this exercise led you to think about? [MO 2.3]
