The government has introduced a plan to use people's opinions and concerns to protect health and social care services and make sustainable healthcare delivery improvements (Pfeilsticker et al. 2020). It will also help to promote and support informed decisions about how services will be delivered. Its primary function will be to drive continuous improvements in safety and quality of care and support provided to people uses health and social care services. In 2015, a plan was continued, which consisted of residential services for the elderly, children and the regulation of adults and children with disabilities. The framework advised and provided suggestions for making and assessing new health technologies and the existing ones. The framework also undertook an agenda that was aimed to promote the use of individual health identifiers in the healthcare system. The critical importance of health information in improving outcomes for the patients was also analyzed.

This intervention helped in reflecting the core values of patient care and prioritize optimum healthcare for people. It also helped the healthcare professionals be fair and neutral and focus on the excellence and innovation of their healthcare delivery. The healthcare professionals were also encouraged to be open and accountable about their responsibilities. Moreover, the framework was also beneficial for the healthcare professionals in meeting the standards set for their proficiency and meet their strategic objectives. The framework was developed with extensive consultation and an external environment, which further helps in effectively carrying out all the intervention processes (Purva & Nicklin, 2018). All of the processes were made sure to be adequately resourced and cost-effective.
