write a research paper on an organization that is special to you and to interview a leader from that organization. The interview can be via telephone. Please provide the date of the interview, the name of the person being interviewed, their title, the name of their organization, and contact information for that individual.

The student is to write a research paper on an organization that is meaningful to them and contributes to the wellbeing of the student’s community.

This project will consist of:

• Providing an overview of the history and background of the organization, including information about its culture, and the mission it serves.
• Interviewing one leader in the organization to include the following questions:

1. 1. What inspired and motivated you to want to join this organization?
   2. What type of people do you wish to have volunteering to serve?
   3. What is the key to success when communicating your needs to the public?
   4. Tell me how you organize, plan and prioritize your work.
   5. Share examples of the challenges you face when assembling teams of people to accomplish an organizational goal.
   6. How do you motivate *How can I best serve your organization in the future? (once we’ve worked past the COVID-19 conce
   7. others to work together and make an effective contribution to the organization and the community
   8. Please ask additional follow-up questions that are interesting for you to understand from this leader.
