Computers have become the backbone of all organizations, regardless of industry. But probably most important, is their ability to connect the world to each other. And with this current pandemic ravaging the world, our need and reliance on our devices has become essential. The company has found it hard to perform its operations because employees don’t have the resources to access critical information that their jobs require. This proposal will outline a work from home solution that will include the hardware needs as well as the implementation needs of videoconferencing and messaging tools, security protocols and policies, and other software to make it easier and safer for employees and customers to share files and work together, no matter how far apart they may be.
