Based on your analysis, you will formally present your PICOT and research findings that demonstrate evidence-based support for your proposed project. MY PICOT QUESTION: In intensive unit care nurses (P), how does an empowerment intervention (I) compared to no such intervention (C) affect nurses burnout (O) over 3 months (T)?
