How to best keep history in databases? Let's say I'm doing a database about an airlines business. I'd have entities such as passengers, pilots, bookings, payment methods, airplane, flight number and such. Just need a suggestion as to what kinda history I should keep track of and whether that would be a separate table or like a log.
