Suppose you are the head of HR of a reputed consumer goods manufacturing company based

in Bangladesh and having operations in 60 countries in different continents across globe. It has

multicultural employees and the company is one of the advocates of diversity. Globally it employs

more than 3 million employees and annual turnover is USD 1270 billion. In Bangladesh, it employs

more than 12,000 employees in its three factories located in Chittagong, Gazipur and Khalishpur and

the HQ. The company is encountering problems with performance of its employees stemming from

lack of motivation, absenteeism, low morale and poor productivity. As the head of HR, top

management of the company assigned you the task to Design, develop and implement a mixed

approach of behaviour and results to measure performance of the employees of the company based

in Bangladesh.
