For this assignment, you need to turn in:

1. An overview of one newspaper, magazine or WWW article.

2. Include the source (name/location) of the source of the article in your write-up.The article should be more than two paragraphs long. If you find an interesting article in the paper that is too short, it is probably a summary. Try to follow up its source (in a journal and/or on the internet) to find the original longer article.

3. A summary of the article in your own words. The summary can be a short paragraph, or it can be longer. If you use scientific terminology, make sure you make clear you know what it means. Best case is to write the paragraph in words you would use to explain the article to a young kid or a scientifically-uneducated grandparent, for example. Three or four sentences are sufficient.

4. Your opinion of/reaction to the article. For example: Is this an exciting breakthrough? Is it a troubling change? Does the information worry you? Inspire you? What do you think will happen next?
