My proposal for the 2nd week assignment is to implement IDG format/template for Hospice meetings for every 14 days. The hospice I currently work for does not have this format in place. The format would assist in providing efficient information during the meeting and decrease time of meeting which will in turn increase time for nurses to see patient's.

I need assistance in composing this assignment summary. I am struggling with how to approach this assignment.
