Tia entered into an agreement to sell a consignment of textile in Penang to Mila for RM 15,000. Mila agreed to pay the purchase price upon the delivery of the textile to his shop in Melaka. Tia instructed Kim to deliver the textile to Mila and to collect the purchase money. Upon Kim's arrival in Kuala Lumpur, Tia was informed that Mila was insolvent, and Tia instructed Kim to return to Penang. Advise Tia how to use stoppage in transit method.
