Just like going to the gym and doing repetitions can increase your muscles, there are actually exercises that focus the mind and change its neuroplasticity. In fact, in just 60 seconds you can completely reset your mind.
To show you how this works, for the next five weeks you will engage in a Three-Minute pause activity in which you will stop, reflect on the concepts and ideas introduced, make connections with module material, and reflect on the process.
Reset your Mind: This week we are going to set down a foundation from which you will add various exercises over the next four weeks. The goal is to provide you with a repertoire of exercises that you can draw upon any time you want.
