Use RSMeans 2006 General Requirements cost books, found in this week’s Module CostWorks and personal judgment to develop realistic costs. Use personal experience to estimate the duration of the project.

Review the Attached Sub Quotes found in this week’s Module for the Berkeley Prep Maintenance Building Project. Input the cost into the Bid Master and “plug up” appropriately.

From your experience, input scope items into the Bid Master for all trades that should be checked for when future bids come in. For example, you may want to include some money for minor paint touch up during punch list on the Bid Tab 09J-Painting.
