ENGR 1304 – SPRING 2021 Engineering Graphics TEST- I Instructions: 1. Study the drawing carefully before beginning to determine the fastest way to draw it. 2. All drawings must be submitted on Blackboard as .dwg files 3. Set your units, grid, snap etc. appropriately. Drafting Questions: Question 1. Draw the following figure using the appropriate drafting tools. Set your grid and snap accordingly. Show dimensions and use different layers for centerlines e.t.c (15pts) Question 2. Draw the Circuit Board shown below. Use the following parameters: (30pts) GRID: 0.1 SNAP: 0.025 Create the following layers: Name Fab Top Bottom Drill Smask Silkscreen Color 7 5 6 7 3 7 Linetype Continous Continous Continous Continous Continous Continous Lineweight Default Default Default Default Default Default Description Fabrication drawing Top layer of metal Bottom layer of metal Via drill locations Top layer solder mask Top layer silkscreen With the Snap mode on, draw the parts shown below, the center of each pad should be placed on a grid point. Assume missing dimensions. Create the board outline and use the move and copy tools to arrange them as shown below: Using polylines, draw the wiring on the Top layer as shown below, use a polyline width of 0.006”. All points should be placed on snap coordinates. Do not draw text or dimensions Question 3. Plot the given Computer Room. Set your units, snaps, grid, layers etc. as needed. Show the text but NOT dimensions. (25pts)
