Lesson Assignment 1: Normally, you may choose from a selection of assessments. For this module, however, you need to do one of each type to prepare you for the assessments in the upcoming lessons.

• Chapter Exercises:  There are exercises following each section. Choose a total of 3 questions to answer completely.  Each question must come from a different section.

• Case Brief: Section 1.6 contains a sample case. Answer all of the Case Questions at the end of that section and then, using FIRAC (Facts, Issue, Rule, Analysis, Conclusion), brief the case.
